  • Complete service reports, maintenance records, inspections, and other administrative documentation accurately and on time.
  • Maintain accountability for company-provided resources, including vehicles, all-terrain vehicles, tools, test equipment, spare parts, and site inventory.
  • Operate, calibrate, and interpret results from specialized testing equipment, including conductivity meters, earth ground resistivity meters, battery analyzers, infrared thermometers, multimeters, and similar diagnostic tools.
  • Support asset tracking and inventory management activities in accordance with internal controls and compliance requirements.
  • Follow all Array Digital Infrastructure safety standards, operational procedures, and company policies.
  • Demonstrate Array's culture, values, and expected behaviors in daily interactions and work activities.
  • Access remote cell sites using alternative transportation methods when necessary, including hiking, snowshoes, ATVs, snowmobiles, or other approved means.
  • Travel extensively throughout the Pacific Northwest to support maintenance activities, including overnight travel as needed.
