As a Tower Site Maintenance Technician, you play a vital role in maintaining the infrastructure that supports critical wireless communications networks throughout the Eastern United States, with primary responsibility for sites located across Maine, Virginia, and West Virginia. In this field-based position, you perform preventative maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repair activities across a diverse portfolio of tower and telecommunications facilities.
This role is ideal for individuals with experience in telecommunications, cellular network infrastructure, wireless communications, engineering technician, or technical field service environments who enjoy working independently, solving complex technical issues, and traveling throughout the region. You'll support sites ranging from urban and suburban locations to remote mountain-top facilities while helping ensure reliable network performance and operational excellence.
This position operates on a four-day workweek schedule (Monday through Thursday, 10-hour shifts), providing an extended three-day weekend while supporting the operational needs of the business. Due to the regional nature of the role, flexibility may occasionally be required to accommodate travel, site priorities, or maintenance activities.
